Does someone need an app to open a Pawchini?

No app, account or login is needed. Their link or QR opens in a modern mobile browser, showing only the details you’ve chosen to share.

Do I need a physical tag?

No. Their digital profile works through its shareable link and QR. The physical Pawchini tags shown here are product concepts, not yet available to buy.

Is Pawchini a GPS tracker?

No. Pawchini does not track or continuously locate your pet. Someone needs to open the link or scan the QR to see their shared details.

Can I change my pet’s details later?

Of course. Save a new photo, contact number or care note whenever you need to. Their public profile reflects your saved changes.

Will changes mean a new QR?

No. The link and QR stay the same for the lifetime of that profile.

What can other people see?

Name, species and photo stay public. You choose whether to share contact numbers, medical notes, personality, microchip information and other details.

Does this replace a microchip?

No. Pawchini is a companion to a registered microchip, not a replacement. Keep your pet’s microchip registration up to date.
